TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices

All prices are without VAT unless you choose to see the VAT.
EU countries will have to pay Swedish VAT, currently 25%. If you have a company with a VAT number, please contact us before ordering. The shop is currently set up for private end users. Outside EU: your local import taxes may apply.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Credit card
We accept VISA and Mastercard. We use DIBS Debitech for secure payment.
No extra charges will be added for end users. OEM and Resellers will need to add 3% for service charges. Please contact us for more info.

Shipping
Shipping is not included and will be added according to weight and country. Prices are based on shipping by the Swedish post. If you would like anything else, please contact us before ordering. All shipping is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) which means your local import taxes may apply.

Limited Warranty
All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period of one year. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase.
Your original purchase invoice, showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of the date of purchase. The warranty does not include shipping unless agreed upon.

Restrictions
Some countries may be restricted due to reseller conditions, please check each product for details. If you still order, we may reject your order and money will be returned, less charges.

Regretting your purchase
Up to two weeks after receiving your products, you can return them for a full refund, after inspection.
Note: they must be in perfect, unused condition and shipping will not be repaid. You MUST contact us before sending anything back. Simply send a mail with your name, invoice No. and reason for returning the product.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other as a result of any failure of, or delay in the performance of, its obligations for the period that such failure of delay is due to:War, Natural disasters or any other cause beyond the Seller's reasonable control"
Klarna Invoicing
This service is currently only for Swedish customers, but we may add more countries in due time. please contact us if you live in either. Norway, Denmark, finland, Germany or the Netherlands.

Information on personal data processing at EAD Sweden

Privacy Disclaimer
Anders Fransén is the data controller responsible for the personal data we process about you, and is responsible for using it in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

Personal data processed, purpose and legal basis:

When you shop at EAD Sweden OrgNo 556735-7081, we process the following categories of personal information about you:
  • Contact information - such as name, address, social security number, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • Customer number -  a unique customer number that EAD Sweden assigns you.
  • Correspondance i.e. mails showing any commitments, or support issues etc. that may be needed for future proof or reminders
  • Your bank account number - to be able to enable returns and payments, See below.
EAD Sweden processes your personal information in order to enter into and execute agreements with you, and to manage our customer relationship with you, eg. by:
  • Identifying and registering in our register of customers who purchases items, ask for support, or want to recieve newsletters ("Customer Register").
  • Contacting you regarding any questions about delivery, payments or products for sale.
  • Allow you to use your balance to shop at the current store or, if you ask us, make payments to your bank account.

We also process your personal information in our records, and may provide the necessary information to the Tax Agency or other authorities if we are required by law to do so, or if we deem it necessary for purposes related to Ead Sweden or a third party legitimate interests, e.g. for reporting crimes.

Recipient of personal data
We share your personal information with our auditors, to the extent required for our accounting; with banks, card networks and other payment system operators, insofar as it is necessary to make payments to or from you; and with authorities if required, see above.

Time for treatment
We process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the respective purposes of our processing. Note that:
We process your personal data in the Customer Register as long as we consider you to be an active EAD Sweden customer, i.e. for one year after you last submitted goods in one of our stores, or still want to recieve newsletters.
In order to fulfill the legal requirements for accounting, your personal data can be stored for up to seven years after the calendar year in which the current financial year ended.

Your rights
You have the right to be informed of how we process your personal data. We do this by providing this Personal Data Processing Information at EAD Sweden. You may also request a copy of your personal information, and have the right to correct incorrect or incomplete information about yourself. If you find that your personal data is incorrect or processed in violation of law, you also have the right to ask us to stop the processing. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under certain conditions, for example if the information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
